Q:
How did the idea for WRPC come about?
A: The management at WRPC has been involved with the thoroughbred racing
world in France for over 30 years. They know that to be a small owner,
it's often a struggle. When people decide to buy a racehorse, it's out
of passion, but it's really difficult to pair that passion with profits.
There are lots of costs involved with upkeep, administrative fees. No
matter how hard small owners try, they often realize that they can'
t handle it on their own. That's why this Partnership is so unique.
WRPC wants to gather people with the same passion for horseracing, and
at the same time to make profits.
Q: Why is it important to democratize the world of horse racing?
A: Horseracing is becoming more democratized in all the countries of
the world. There is more and more interest in racing and people want
to know more about them. They want to be part of this incredible world.
That is why our concept is so interesting. It is only by working together
that passionate people can build an interesting group of racehorses.
Q: Who takes care of the horses?
A: The trainer, who has been selected for his impeccable career, will
be in charge of the thoroughbreds’ training. The
management team will provide the lead in the management of the horses'
careers. They will all work together for the best interest of the horses
and the partnership.
Q: Where will the members find information about
the horses and their origin?
A: Every time WRPC buys a horse, it will have a pedigree, and all the
Partners will have access to the horse's name and pedigree on the site
they can access with their personal code.
Q: Will Partners be able to communicate with Management
to as questions throughout the year?
A: Members will have access to the Web site every day of the year, through
their personal code. There, they'll find updates daily and will be able
to communicate with WRPC whenever they want.
Q: Will members be able to watch the races on
the Web site?
A: When one of the thoroughbreds runs in a race, that race will be posted
on the site.
Q: Aside from the entry fee, are there other costs
involved for the partners?
A: No, there are none.
Q: If one of your members is in France on a visit,
can they visit the stable?
A: Absolutely. Just let WRPC know ahead of time and the Management team
will make arrangements for the visit. If one of the thoroughbreds has
a race that day, WRPC will be happy to take the Partner to the racetrack.
